Returns and Refunds
You can return a vehicle for any reason* by following three simple steps:

Request a Vehicle Return Authorization (VRA).
Log into your DealShield Dashboard and select “All Transactions” or “Guaranteed Vehicles” in the sidebar. Search or filter the list to find the vehicle you want to return, click “Return,” and then complete and submit the Vehicle Return form.
Drop off the vehicle and title.
Bring the vehicle and negotiable title to the Dealshield Network auction location you selected on the Vehicle Return form. If the purchase location or seller still has the title, we’ll attempt to intercept it on your behalf. If the title is held by a floor planning institution, we’ll do our best to coordinate directly with them to obtain it.
Get Your Refund.
You will receive a 100% refund of the purchase price and buy fee within five to seven business days of checking in your vehicle and negotiable title.
