Understand your DealShield^® invoice. 

With the DS360 Guarantee you can return vehicles and get the entire purchase price and buy fee reimbursed. When using a floor planning company, we reimburse all charges paid by the floor-plan company, including fees not normally reimbursed by DealShield. We will bill you everything from the original bill of sale EXCEPT the purchase price, buy fee and internet-success fee. 

Our AR team sends these VIN-level invoices monthly by email, and an all-inclusive total monthly paper statement is mailed to your business address on file.
